由上海市餐饮烹饪行业协会与上海博华国际展览有限公司共同主办 , 中国食品土畜进出口商会联合主办的 FHC 上海环球
食品展已成功举办二十五届。回顾上届展会，比利时、丹麦、法国、西班牙、德国、意大利、加拿大、美国、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、马
来西亚、南非、巴西、奥地利、中国台湾等超 16 个国家及地区的展团携手亮相，来自食品、酒店、餐饮、生鲜、咖啡、烘焙、饮品、
预制品、酒吧、会所、商超零售、加盟连锁等众多领域的观众莅临参观洽谈。全体与会人员严格坚守防疫管理制度，为新
常态下的商贸展览活动筑造了坚实的基础，更为食品餐饮行业的持续稳定发展带来了强大的信心与动力。

Shanghai Global Food Trade Show (FHC) has been held for 25 years successfully by Shanghai Restaurants Cuisine Association and
Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and co-organized by China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of
Food stufs, Native Produce and Animal By-products (CFNA). Looking back at the exhibition in 2021, there are 16 international
pavilions showcased onsite which are from Belgium, Denmark, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Canada, the United States, Russia,
Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, South Africa, Brazil, Austria and China Taiwan. Professional visitors from food, hotel, catering, fresh,
cofee, baking, drinks, prepared products, bars, clubs, super retail, franchise chain and many other felds come to visit and
networking with each other. All participants strictly adhere to the pandemic prevention management system, which has laid a
solid foundation for the trade exhibition under the new normal dynamics. Furthermore, it also brought strong confdence and
power to the sustainable and stable development of the food and catering industry.
In 2023, FHC will enter a new stage of development. The exhibition will cover the catering industry and related industries in an
all-round way, with richer theme content, fresher industry dynamics and more exciting activities. We are looking forward to your

Over the years, FHC has invited high- exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions around the world to gather in Shanghai with selected delicacies from all over the world. Looking back at the 2021 FHC Global Food Expo Shanghai, we welcomed 15 countries and regions from Belgium, Denmark, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Canada, the United States, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, South Africa, Brazil, Austria, Taiwan, China, and more than 200 overseas enterprises.
